Vodafone Store

The store staff is very irresponsible. I had sent one of my friend for collecting a new SIM against a lost... one for our corporate account with Vodafone. I had provided him a authority letter for collecting the same on company letter head with authorized person's signature. First time they told this is not sufficient you need to get the required form also signed and stamped by the authority. Second time we provided it, then they demanded the ID proof of the signing authority. What rubbish. They can't provide the info at once. One has to travel 15 KM one way for so may times. They are not bothered about the valuable time of the customer. Such jockers should be thrown out from the stores.
